My brother-in-law got a new barbecue smoker. Today, he invited us over and grilled some meats, fish and vegetables for us.

Up until last week, we used to grill on a regular charcoal grill, which was absolutely fine. But having tasted the smokiness of the new grill has definitely spoilt my taste. I really liked the flavour of the wood he used and it will become increasingly difficult to get a similar taste to the delicious feast we enjoyed this afternoon. That’s what I learnt today.
